How to order

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order will be sent by paying for the contents of the Cart in the checkout function of the Webshop. By placing an order you agree to these terms of delivery, product prices and shipping costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation shows the products ordered and the price.


Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as the payment agent of the e-commerce. Payment will be made through Bambora's online service and Bambora or Paybyway Oy will appear as the payee on the bank statement and invoice. Bambora will forward the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure because all transaction data is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the transaction data.

A transaction occurs between an e-commerce customer and an e-commerce company. E-commerce is responsible for all trade-related obligations.

Payment options

PayForm allows you to pay with online bank accounts, wallets, credit / debit cards, invoices or installments. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments for the application settings. Flexibility Invoice (Jousto) and Installment is a domestic service to make your purchase quickly and safely. Flexibility is intended for individuals who have managed their finances properly. Flexibility gives you 30 days of interest-free and no-cost payment. Once you receive the invoice, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in installments. In installments you can pay for your purchase in up to 36 installments, starting from € 9.90 / month. The cost of the flexible installment is EUR 3.90 / month and the interest rate is 19.90%. Mash: Mash Invoice will receive your ordered products before payment and 45 days interest-free payment. You can also conveniently convert your invoice into a down payment. When paying with a Mash Installment, you can choose the payment period of your choice (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 18 months, 24 months) and receive the ordered products before payment. You can also pay the entire amount at any time at no additional cost. Mash Invoice or Installment Payment can be selected as a form of payment for customers over 20 years old who are resident in Finland. A payment method is available for purchases of $ 10-10,000. Booking Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the products and services you rent and reserve. Collectively, these are referred to as "targets".


It is the customer's responsibility to read the description and instructions of the booking object (s) and the terms and conditions of the booking.

The reservation made by the customer is binding when the order / payment confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The customer pays the reservation according to the payment method of their choice and in accordance with the terms of payment.

The booking system sends an order / payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

Nature cooperative Wildmind is not responsible for unsuccessful reservations, but the customer must contact the seller immediately to remedy the situation. The seller does not warrant that the item will remain vacant in such circumstances. If the item is not vacant, the money will be refunded or, if possible, replaced.

Cancellations and others

  • The cancellation date is the day on which the Wildmind is notified of the cancellation.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in good time.
  • If the customer cancels a reservation within 30 days of the start of the booking, shipping charges will be charged. Shipping costs 25 € (incl. 24% VAT).
  • When booking starts less than 30 days but at least 7 days, 50% of the rental price will be charged.
  • When booking starts less than 7 days, full rental fee will be charged.

For items booked with a discount code, the full rental price will always be charged regardless of the date of cancellation.

Owner's right to cancel booking

In the event of force majeure, Wildmind may terminate the lease. The client who has rented the property shall be notified of the termination without delay.

The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the rent.

Any costs incurred by the customer due to the cancellation of the lease due to Force majeure will not be reimbursed.

Orders are mailed on weekdays. Delivery time from stock is usually 3–5 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom-made, the delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks. Shipping costs will depend on the shipping method selected, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You will see shipping costs in the cashier of the online store before your order is finally approved.

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, you must notify the store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged in delivery must be notified immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.


The e-commerce customer has a 14-day replacement and return right under the Consumer Protection Act. You have the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in your order. Products to be returned or replaced must be in their original packaging and in good condition for sale. If you would like to return or exchange products, please contact our online store first for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and account number for possible refunds.

Cancellation of order, liability for liability and complaints

You may cancel your order by written notice prior to delivery.

The online shop has a statutory liability for the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer shall have the right to bring any dispute before the Consumer Dispute Board.
